Products & Services

We specialize in buying, selling, and providing pawn loans for a wide variety of items including fine jewelry, designer watches, firearms (Craycroft only), gold, silver, bullion, sports memorabilia, designer handbags, shoes, electronics, and more. All items are assessed by our in-house experts, and some may be verified using third-party tools.

Firearms Policy (Craycroft Only)

Firearms are available only at the Craycroft location and are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Buyers must pass a background check and provide proper ID. Firearms may only be transferred in person or via an FFL dealer. We also offer firearm pawn loans and FFL transfers.

Luxury & Collectible Items

Luxury and collectible items are sold as-is. Prices reflect current market value. Some items may include certificates or third-party authentication. No warranties are implied unless explicitly stated.

Online Sales & Third-Party Platforms

We list select items on Buya.com and Facebook Marketplace. Purchases made through these platforms are subject to their terms and policies. Please review shipping and payment terms on those platforms before purchasing.

Payment & Layaway

We accept cash, credit cards, and offer layaway plans (typically 20% down). Custom layaway plans (10/10/10) may be available. All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Local pickup is available. Firearms must be transferred in person or via FFL. Shipping is handled through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the item leaves our facility.

Returns & Refunds

Although all sales are final, we guarantee all items to be working properly. If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please notify us or the platform where you purchased immediately. Refunds are at the manager’s discretion and only where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Cashbox Jewelry & Pawn Co. is not liable for third-party errors, platform outages, or incorrect user input. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handled by third-party carriers.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card or financial information. Any personal data collected through our website or quote request forms is kept private and secure.
